Promil Tracker is a free web application that lets users log the alcoholic drinks they consume and, based on those records, view estimated blood alcohol concentration and calorie figures.

The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and features may be changed or removed without prior notice.

Every BAC value the app displays is a statistical estimate based on the Widmark formula. Your actual blood alcohol concentration may differ substantially.

Metabolic rate, liver function, medications, body composition, health status and the true alcohol content of a drink all shift the result. The app cannot know any of these with certainty.

For that reason, the app's output must never form the basis of a decision to drive. If you have been drinking, do not drive — even if the app shows a low value.

No value produced by the app constitutes legal evidence. In roadside checks, administrative proceedings, insurance claims and court cases, only measurements taken by authorities on approved devices, or hospital blood test results, are valid.

App data cannot be used as proof in any official process, and we accept no liability for damages arising from such use.

Promil Tracker is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. The app does not encourage alcohol consumption or seek to normalise it.

Alcohol consumption carries serious short- and long-term health risks. If you have concerns about your drinking, please consult a healthcare professional. In Turkey, free support is available through the Ministry of Health's ALO 191 helpline.

For your health, the safest amount of alcohol is none.

This application is intended solely for people aged 18 and over. You must verify your age to access the app.

If you use the application while under 18, any resulting liability is entirely your own. We have no technical means of verifying the accuracy of an age declaration.

In using the application, you agree to the following:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for any direct or indirect damages arising from use of Promil Tracker. This includes legal penalties from drink-driving, financial losses, health consequences and harm suffered by third parties.

The decision to use the application, and all conduct based on it, is entirely your own responsibility.

The design, interface, copy and guide content of Promil Tracker are protected by intellectual property rights. Copying, reproducing or commercially exploiting this content without permission is prohibited.

You are welcome to quote from the guide articles and link to them with attribution.

You can delete your account at any time from the Settings page; deletion is irreversible and permanently removes all of your data.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, without prior notice.

We may amend these terms; the current version takes effect when published on this page.

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Türkiye. Turkish courts and enforcement offices have jurisdiction over any dispute.
