A brief summary of the topic is enough for us to respond. If you are reporting a bug, telling us which page it happened on and which browser you use helps us fix it much faster.
What you can write about
These are the topics we hear about most, though you are of course not limited to them:
- Bug reports: Unexpected behaviour, calculations that look wrong, or interface problems
- Drink and brand suggestions: Ask for a brand or cocktail that is missing from the database
- Legal limit corrections: If we show your country's limit incorrectly, tell us with a source
- Privacy and data requests: Access, correction or deletion of your data
- Content feedback: Errors in the guide articles or topics you would like us to cover
- Partnerships and advertising: Advertising and collaboration enquiries
Privacy and data requests
Use the same email address to access, correct or delete your personal data. We respond to these requests within 30 days at the latest.
You do not need to wait to delete your account — the "Delete Account" option on the app's Settings page removes your account and all records instantly and permanently.
Emergencies and health support
Promil Tracker is not a health service and cannot help in an emergency. If you suspect alcohol poisoning or face any urgent medical situation, call your local emergency number immediately — 112 in Turkey and across the EU.
If you would like support with your alcohol use, free and confidential counselling is available in Turkey through the Ministry of Health's ALO 191 helpline.
