Privacy Policy

You can use Promil Tracker without an account, in guest mode. In that mode nothing you enter is sent to our servers; everything stays in your browser and is discarded when you close the tab.

If you sign in with your Google account, your data is stored on Firebase so your drink records can sync across devices. We never sell that data and never share it with third parties for advertising.

We collect the minimum needed for the app to work. Here is what we collect and why:

Everything you enter in guest mode is held in your browser's memory. No record is sent to a server, no account is created, and the data is permanently lost when the session ends.

When you sign in with Google, your data is stored in Google Firebase (Firestore) linked to your account. It is accessible only under your identity; security rules prevent any other user from reading your records.

Your data is retained until you delete it. Using "Delete Account" on the Settings page permanently removes your account and all drink records; this cannot be undone.

This site uses cookies and local storage. Some are strictly necessary for the app to function; others activate only if you consent.

You can set your preference through the cookie notice shown on your first visit. If you decline, no analytics or advertising cookies are loaded at all, and the app continues to work with all of its core features.

This site may display advertising through Google AdSense. Ads load only if you have accepted cookies; the ad code is not executed until you do.

Google, as a third-party vendor, uses cookies to serve ads based on your visit to this site. Google's DoubleClick DART cookie enables it to serve ads based on your visits to this and other sites on the internet.

You can opt out of personalised advertising through Google's Ads Settings page at google.com/settings/ads. You can also manage third-party vendor cookies at www.aboutads.info.

We have no direct control over the cookies used by the advertising network. For Google's data practices, see the Google Privacy & Terms page.

We rely on the following services to run the app. Each has its own privacy policy.

All data transfer happens encrypted over HTTPS. Firestore security rules ensure each user can only access their own records.

No system can guarantee absolute security, but we follow the principle of data minimisation and collect nothing that is not necessary. We never request sensitive data such as payment details, phone numbers or addresses.

Under the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), you have the following rights:

Promil Tracker is intended solely for users aged 18 and over. Age verification is required on entry, and users who indicate they are under 18 are blocked from access.

If we become aware that we have collected data belonging to a user under 18, we delete it immediately. Please contact us if you are aware of such a case.

We may update this policy. Changes take effect when published on this page, and the update date at the top is refreshed. For significant changes we will also notify you within the app.
